Starting December 1, we’re hosting a three-month pop-up celebrating this award-winning rum, crafted with sustainably sourced NSW molasses for a refreshingly smooth finish. It’s local, it’s laid-back, and it’s made for Bondi days.

Front and centre on the cocktail list is Frank’s Mango Mojito—a tropical blend of Archie Rose White Cane, mango, lime, mint, and sage. Served in a cockatoo tiki mug, it’s a playful nod to Bondi’s sunny spirit and the perfect match for ocean breezes and good company.

This isn’t just a pop-up; it’s a Bondi ritual. Whether you’re fresh off the sand or making a day of it, Promenade is the place for rum cocktails, salty air, and endless summer vibes.
